MENU CHOICES

 

We can accommodate a large number of guests and clients can compile their own menu’s from ours. The client can restrict guests to certain menu items. The menu is available on our webpage.

 

Special menu’s can be arranged for special functions with groups larger than 20.

 

Clients can consider whole cakes and quiches (±12 portions per cake and ±8-9 portions per quiche) for more than 15 guests. Detail is available below in the online booking and Booking and estimate that you can download.

 

Savoury and sweet platters available for more than 20 portions per item – details available below in the online booking and Booking and estimate that you can download.

 

“High teas” available for groups of 20 or more – details available below in the online booking and Booking and estimate that you can download. You pick 7 savoury bites en 3 sweet bites from the lists on it. Savouries are served at the start with a glass of fresh fruit juice and the sweets are served later with a cup of tea or coffee.

 

 Jug fruit juice: R60 (±7 – 10 wine/champagne glasses) for groups larger than 10. No jugs of water on the tables – bottled water is available.

 

Party packets with sweets and pure fruit juice for kids: R35. Clients may bring their own packets for us to fill. Savoury platters made up from the kiddies’ menu available for kids.

 

We bake birthday cakes according to themes at about R360 – R400 each and provide cup cakes at R18 each. If the client provides the cake, a “plate fee” (similar to a corkage fee) of R10 per guest is applicable when it is cut.

No other food, cakes or snacks brought in by a client or guest is allowed, except baby food.

 

 

FEES

The “Booking an estimate” form that you can download below automatically calculates an estimate when completed correctly.

Venue fee for group functions: R20 per person, minimum R250. Payment of minimum R500 as deposit confirms booking on a first-pay-first-option basis. No refund can be paid in case of a cancellation. We prepare the tables with standard popular colour specific cloths, overlays in standard colours as available and flowers (rented). Own decorations must blend in with Koffietid’s style, excluding anything that is strewn or burns and everything must be removed afterwards.

Cork fee: R50 per bottle.

Service fee for groups of 10 or more: 10% on invoice.

Minimum 4 persons per individual invoice.

 

FINAL NUMBERS, ARRANGEMENTS AND ORDERS TO BE FINALISED AT LEAST 5 DAYS IN ADVANCE.

 

TIME

08:30 – 17:00 (Kitchen closes 16:30).

The morning session stops at 12:30 so the next session can start at 14:00.
